This salon session will include a tour of the new PwC Emerging Technology Lab. The discussion will be led by several leading fintech and blockchain experts. Discussions will begin with a description of a general scenario, relevant facts, and key trends. As always, the audience will then be invited to debate possible future developments and outcomes.

Henri Arslanian, FinTech & RegTech Lead, China/HK and U.S. Liaison, PwC
Henri Arslanian is the PwC FinTech & RegTech Lead for China and Hong Kong. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong where he teaches graduate courses on Entrepreneurship in Finance as well as the first FinTech university course in Asia.
He is the co-Chair of the HKSFA FinTech Committee and co-Chair of the Financial Services Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He is also a member of the FSDC FinTech working group advising the Hong Kong government on FinTech policies.
He holds a Masters in Chinese Law from Tsinghua University; a joint Global Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, London Business School, and Hong Kong University; a Masters in Transnational Law from the University of Sherbrooke; and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Montreal (Dean’s List of Excellence).
