Brief Synopsis

All Shall Be Well (從今以後) presents the story of Angie and Pat who have been together for over four decades. After Pat's unexpected death, Angie finds herself at the mercy of Pat's family as she struggles to retain her dignity and the home that both had shared for over thirty years.

About the Director:

Raymond Yeun (楊曜愷) is a Hong Kong screenwriter and independent film director. After graduating with a law degree and practicing law for two years, Yeung decided to switch career paths to become a director. Yeung's films frequently center around queer stories. He made his feature film debut with Cut Sleeve Boys (2006) in Britain and later shifted his focus back to Hong Kong, directing Suk Suk (2020) and All Shall Be Well (2024). Yeung is also the Chairman of the Hong Kong Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, the longest running LGBT film festival in Asia.

About the Cinematographer:

Leung Ming Kai (梁銘佳) is a Hong Kong cinematographer and filmmaker. Graduating with a law degree from the University of Hong Kong, Leung proceeded to study filmmaking at Columbia University’s School of the Arts and debuted as a film cinematographer in Southeast Asia. He subsequently returned to Hong Kong and produced the anthology film Memories to Choke On, Drinks to Wash Them Down (2019), earning Best Screenplay in the 27th Hong Kong Film Critics Society Award. He also cinematographed drama films Drifting (2021) and The Sunny Side of the Street (2022), which garnered him nominations for Best Cinematography in the 58th and 59th Golden Horse Awards respectively.
