Forest Therapy (Morning Session)

Guided Forest Therapy Tour to Tai Po

(Morning Session)

Saturday, 20th November | 9.30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Please join us and your fellow alumni for a unique guided forest therapy, forest bathing and nature connection experiential trip to reconnect with nature, each other and ourselves in Hong Kong’s beautiful countryside and urban green spaces.  Suitable for children at aged 8 or above and friends & family are welcome.

Shinrin Yoku 森林浴 – a term emerged in Japan in the 1980s as a physiological (fitness) and psychological (mindfulness) exercise to support what we innately know: time spent immersed in nature is good for us.

Tours will be guided by a Certified Forest Therapy guide in English.  Each tour can accommodate up to 15 members and you can choose to join the morning or the afternoon session.  We will meet at Tai Po Market station on the East Rail line, and head to Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve for the trip.  We will finish in Tai Po where you can feel free to enjoy local delicacies around Tai Po.
