HIIT Bootcamp is a combination of brief high intensity bursts of cardio, plyometric and bodyweight strength exercises followed by shorter periods of rest. It is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. All exercises can be scaled or modified depending on a fitness level and are equally friendly for complete beginners and provide a challenge for intermediate or advanced athletes.
About the coach: Alex Cherny is BA sport science, NSCA CSCS, NASM CPT and CES, CF LV 2, fitness enthusiast, endurance athlete and is ready to share his knowledge and passion for fitness on your journey to a better version of yourself.
