Support CUAAHK's Hike for Hospice Alumni Challenge Team

Every year, CUAAHK fields a team to participate in the annual Hike for Hospice's Alumni Challenge. We were fortunate to come in third place last year -- even though we were not the most speedy team, but our fundraising prowess helped us tremendously to achieve such a high rank. This year's event will be held on March 3rd at Tai Lam Country Park, and we hope that you can help support us by donating to the team

While we have informally participated in this 14 km hike for many years, this is the second year for the Alumni Challenge. This category pits several Ivy and HK schools against each other to be the first across the finish line.

This year's team will consist of:
  • Robert Grieves ('97 Columbia Graduate School of Journalism)
  • Shirley Hsu ('91 Columbia School of International and Public Affairs)
  • Ben Grenier (Columbia Graduate School of Arts and Sciences)
  • Chris Fisher ('04 Columbia Business School)

Proceeds from the hike go directly to the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care (https://www.hospicecare.org.hk/) where it is used to advocate for quality, compassionate care for people facing a life-limiting illness or injury.

If you would like to support the Columbia team as well as help people live their final days with dignity, please email [email protected] to discuss a donation. We will accept any amount from a couple hundred to a couple thousand Hong Kong dollars. Tax deductible receipts will be provided following the event.

We thank you for your generous support!
