As part of CUAAHK’s Lunchtime Career Talk Series, we will have our esteemed alumni speak about their careers in a particular industry. This series is open to Columbia alumni and students.
In this session, we present industry veterans Adrian Aw (CBS ‘11) and Michael Chan (CBS ’08) who will be sharing their insights on the investment banking and wealth management industries. The session will include a panel discussion followed by a question and answer period. The workshop will be conducted remotely via Zoom. Please note that this is a virtual event and only open to Columbia alumni and students.

**SPEAKERS**
Michael Chan
Michael has over 15 years’ experience in the finance industry. Starting at Citigroup as a management trainee, he later worked as equity derivatives sales at Lehman Brothers and Nomura. He is currently a Director at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, responsible for managing Hong Kong ultra high net worth clients, with a focus on HK family offices, charity foundations, and local corporations.
Personally, Michael is passionate about the education sector and sits on the board of Malvern College in Asia. Michael holds a BBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a BBA degree and a MBA degree from Columbia University. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Adrian Aw
Adrian is currently a Director at Cantor Fitzgerald since 2018, focusing on Power and Renewables investment banking. Previously, Adrian was at Jeffries where he gained additional experience in their Consumer & Healthcare, and Mergers and Acquisitions groups. He has also held positions in Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
Adrian holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois — Urbana Champaign, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He also is a CPA.
