Dear CUAAHK Members,

You’re invited to a special afternoon that combines family fun with an inside look at high‑quality early childhood education.

Join us for a CUAAHK Family Play Day & Educators’ Meet‑up at Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education’s Pamela Peck Discovery Space (PPDS) – a beautifully designed indoor–outdoor environment where young children learn through play.

For families:

• Private, 3‑hour session in PPDS for children aged 0–8 and their caregivers
• ⁠Relaxed, child‑led play so parents and kids can explore, experiment and imagine together

For educators & those curious about early childhood:

• Introduction by YCCECE on how PPDS supports “learning through play” and teacher education, and how YCCECE uses the Discovery Space to support high‑quality early childhood education and pre‑service and in‑service professional training
• Dedicated time and space to mingle with Teachers College and Columbia educators, child‑focused professionals, and like‑minded parents

Venue: Pamela Peck Discovery Space, Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education

Address: 2 Tin Wan Hill Road, Tin Wan, Aberdeen (Direction to the parking lot here)

Who: CUAAHK members, their families (especially with kids 0–8), and alumni interested in early childhood education

Price: 

• $20 per adults ticket
• $1 for kids

Capacity: Around 80 participants (adults + children), first‑come, first‑served

Spaces are limited and we expect strong interest from both families and educators.

**Please note that CUAAHK provides no refunds for no show or cancellation. 

Practical notes:

• Socks are required for all adults and children indoors
• No parking on campus; nearest public car park is Tin Wan Shopping Centre
• ⁠Please bring your own water bottles and hats for outdoor play (water fountain available on site)
