All of us need some rest and relaxation after a hectic holiday season, especially after this cold winter. To prepare for the new year ahead, and in partnership with PURE Group, we invite you to enjoy a relaxing restorative yoga session, which promotes deep relaxation and healing through gentle stretches and supported postures. This class will be conducted in English, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

After the one-hour class, members will continue their wellness journey through a nourishing light lunch offered by NOOD Food. You will enjoy a selection of cold press juices and yogurt cups, salads, or sandwich wraps in the lobby dining area while sharing your health and fitness stories with your new found friends.

• 10:40am: check-in if you need locker or changing room access
• 10:50am: check-in if you don’t need to get changed or don’t need locker access
• (Please arrive on time for check-in, late arrivals will not be admitted into the classroom)
• 11:00am: class will start promptly.
• 11:00am-12:00pm: yoga class
• 12:00-1:00pm: light lunch and networking

Location: Pure Yoga Star Street, No. 3-19 Wing Fung Street, Star Street Precinct, Wan Chai (close to Pacific Place Three)

• Meeting point: G/F lobby sitting area of Pure Yoga Star Street
• Please wear or bring your own yoga attire.  Changing room, locker and shower facilities are available; Yoga mats and towels will be provided.
• Please be reminded that mobile phones are not allowed inside the classroom, you may store your mobile phone in a locker.

Age: Must be above 14 years old (14 to 17 year olds need adult guardian endorsement)

Price: $100 current member/$200 non-member (inclusive of one cold pressed juice and one yogurt/salad/wrap combo from nood); No refunds if no show.
