Event Description:

This year in Hong Kong, L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, is proud to present Precious Coral, from Curiosity to Treasures, an exhibition dedicated to one of the most fascinating precious materials in jewelry history.

On June 28th, 2026, docents from L’ECOLE will share this rare exhibition of approximately 120 jewelry creations and exceptional specimens on loan from distinguished collections and institutions with our alumni community. The most significant presentation in Hong Kong to date, it proposes examining precious coral through three lenses: Biology and Gemology, Craftsmanship, and History.

This is an exceptional opportunity to continue the celebration of the recent Coral Gala, the 35^th Ivy League Ball. Individuals interested in learning more about jewellery, arts and craft, history, fashion, and luxury goods are welcome.

Capacity: 15 persons per guided tour session; 40 for mixer.

• Mixer: $250 Members Ticket / $300 Non-members and Guests

• Members and non-member alumni may come with minors to the exhibition only and pay the $50 ticket price for guests 12 and under. Please notify your CUAAHK representative for details.
• Non-alumni guests are permitted by invitation only; subject to approval by co-organizers Yvette Poon, Jackson Tse and Estelle Chan.
• Interested alumni from the Ivy+ schools and our partner schools should contact event organizer for ticket availability 72 hours prior to start of event.
• Light refreshments will be provided at a separate venue, TBC.
• No refunds once payment is completed.
• No refunds for no show.
• Each person may only participate in either one of the guided tour sessions.
• Proceeds from this event goes towards future alumni activities and programming.
